This famous quotation came true for Pat Hitt when she became a Realtor in 1996.
This year Pat is celebrating her 21st year in the real estate business.
Pat has lived in Arkansas her whole life. She attended Little Rock Public Schools, including Central High School, Hall High, and Joe T. Robinson High School. In the 1980’s she went to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where she excelled in her studies.
Pat started her first part-time job at age 15, serving the priests and sisters evening meal at St. Vincent Infirmary and working in the dietitian’s office. This job was during her high school years. After high school graduation, Sister Rose Francis urged her to stay on this first job, but the telephone company was recruiting Pat.

They say “you can’t go back”, but she was often invited back to jobs, sometimes accepting. Pat’s career in real estate has been greatly enriched by her varied and colorful work experience.
Pat is married to M. Jack Hitt and they share a blended family of five children and nine above-average-in-every-way grandchildren.
A self-confessed itinerant choir singer; she is a member of the Arkansas Chamber Singers, which is an auditioned classical music chorus. She has been a Worship Team singer at The Church at Rock Creek and Second Baptist Church; also enjoys singing with the choir of St James United Methodist Church.
She is a late-blooming piano student, and enjoys practicing at home.
She considers her best achievement the fact that many former clients and friends call her back for their next move, or call to refer their friends to the “best friend in real estate”. She is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club. She is an expert real estate specialist in West Little Rock, Walton Heights/Candlewood, and downtown condos. Pat has helped clientele throughout the Pulaski County area and some in Saline County.
When a client places their trust in Pat, she helps guide them through the processes of understanding good credit and closing procedures. Her clients are fortunate to have met a real estate agent with such warm, caring concern for their best interest.
